Super Singles

A Super Singles Competition was held in the grassy, parking lot in what became Camp Curly.
Our show ring was eventurally set up behind the white tent.
where folks (in the background) were introducing their pups to birds.
We had it so bad having to hike from our parking lot,
across the gravel drive to the show ring-NOT!

Annual Awards Banquet

The banquet was held in the Agricenter's Banquet Room, a short walk up the hill from Camp Curly.
We dined on a feast of Corky's Bar-B-Que and trimmings
as awards were presented and the auctioneers hawked their wares.

Independent Puppy Match
to benefit CCRCA Rescue

A dozen little curlies and one weiner dog (entered as a faux curly)
strutted their stuff in the empty parking lot spaces (pre-Showcase) at dusk, and
were cheered on by the boisterous crowd attending the Marrison's Annual, Camp Curly Bar-B-Que.

UKC Hunt Test

The West Tennessee Hunting Retriever Club held their annual hunt test
20 or so miles down the road on the Saturday and Sunday after the Specialty.
Several of our participants attended and earned UKC passes.
